 PRODUCT ENGINEERING, DESIGN, AND DEVELOPMENT:
      CTS Engineers have been awarded many patents for their Innovation and Common

     Our experience in manufacturing techniques, results in product designs that can be
      produced economically and with consistant quality.  Our areas of expertise touch many

 3-DIMENSIONAL SOLID MODELING: 
     Using 3-Dimensional Solid Modeling Software by Solid Works, you can see your parts
     or product in 3-D even before the first prototype is fabricated.  Using this technology
     can get you quickly to a final design without the usual design iterations.  Our
     customers can view, measure, and section their product designs, in full 3D, on any
     Windows NT or 95 based computer using the Solid Works Viewer  (available free from
     Solid Works), or Solid Player by Solid Concepts (provided to you free by CTS).

       
 RAPID PROTOTYPING: Files produced by our 3-D Modeling Package can be used
      directly to produce models and prototypes for a "hands on" experience with your
       product.  We are affiliated with several rapid protoyping houses that can produce
      models quickly and cost effectively using Stereo Lithography, Selective Laser Sintering,
      or even machining where necessary.

 
 ELECTRONIC CIRCUIT DESIGN:  CTS can provide circuit designs, including
       programming of micro-controllers, PC Board Layouts complete with Gerber and
       NC Drill Files, and even short run prototyping of PC Boards.  Combine this with
      Stereo Lithography Produced Models for quick, inexpensive working  prototypes for
       you to review with your customers or in-house personnel.

 
 STRESS ANALYSIS: 
       Using the power of Design Space by Ansys, CTS can analyze stress in Solid-Modeled
       Parts to reduce the chance of failure in the field after the product has been released.
        Our Stress Analysis Software can also tell us the amount of part deflection that
       can be expected for a given load or pressure.
 
 
 2-DIMENSIONAL DRAFTING:   .
       Once your project has been designed, CTS can provide complete detailed part and
       assembly drawings, including exploded views, for your purchasing and
       manufacturing needs. CTS also offers Drafting Services for existing product or
       products not designed by CTS.
